Admin Coordinator (Internship)

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support to Procurement Team or Sales Team

  • Co-ordinate & assist management on daily administrative activities

  • To assist in maintenance of proper filing system including hard & soft copy

  • To assist in maintenance & update of all data entry in the server

  • Any adhoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time


  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Financial or equivalent

  • Computer literacy is essential

  • Literacy in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong, Selangor
