Inside Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

  • Understand on customers need and identify the sales opportunities

  • Upsell our company focus IT products and services to customers

  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers

  • Closing sales and achieve on sales targets.

  • Work closely among team to achieve sales objectives Liaise effectively with all departments within organisation to ensure customer requirements are met and order in track

  • Have excellent organizational and administrative skills

  • Monitor closely on payment aging

  • Perform order entry and related activities

  • Weekly forecasting on commit & judge, with pipe opportunity to support

Skill Requirements

  • At least 1 Year Experience in IT Sales Background will be advantaged

  • Fresh Graduate is welcome Have good interpersonal and team-working skills, allowing them to engage positively with all members of their team

  • Language Required: English & Mandarin

  • Goal oriented and innovative

  • Good understanding of computer technology

  • Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)

  • Self-motivated
