Deployment and Installation for Desktop, Laptop & Server
Inhouse or Onsite to Troubleshooting & Diagnostic, Parts Replacement support for Desktop, Laptop & Server
Handle daily technical support cases assigned by Team Lead via ticketing system
Follow up with clients to ensure pending task assigned is completed
Fix or escalate issues when problem occurs to minimize downtime
Report daily cases support summary to IT Team Lead
Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time
Work independently as well as manage projects as a team
At least Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
Have at least 1 year(s) work experience in the IT industry
Minimum 1-2 years' experience required in IT technical support
Able to handle basic hardware / software and have trouble-shooting skill
Able handle basic network / printer configuration
Good customer service and communication skills
Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Any IT certifications will be an advantage
Must possess a driving license and have own transport
Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be prioritized as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients
