This Terms of Sale, Return, Refund and Warranty Policy governs all purchases made from Ezytronic Sdn Bhd. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set out in this policy.
All products and services offered by Ezytronic Sdn Bhd are subject to availability. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to amend product specifications, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.
Orders are only confirmed upon successful receipt of full payment. Ezytronic Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
All prices quoted are exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated.
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on location, product availability, and logistics arrangements. Ezytronic Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
Ezytronic Sdn Bhd allows returns under specific conditions to ensure fairness and product integrity.
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging together with proof of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted for software licenses, digital products, customized or special-order items, clearance or final sale items, or any consumables and accessories that have been opened or used.
To initiate a return request, customers must contact Ezytronic Sdn Bhd with the relevant order details and reason for return. Upon approval, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to defective goods or incorrect items supplied.
Refunds will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges are only permitted in cases where the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly delivered. Requests for exchanges must be made within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date and are subject to product availability.
Products sold by Ezytronic Sdn Bhd may be covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. Warranty coverage, duration, and terms are determined by the respective manufacturer and may vary by product category.
Ezytronic Sdn Bhd does not provide additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer unless explicitly stated in writing.
Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase and may require the customer to liaise directly with the manufacturer or authorized service center. Ezytronic Sdn Bhd may assist in facilitating warranty claims on a best-effort basis.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, power surges, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezytronic Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, data, or profits arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Ezytronic Sdn Bhd reserves the right to revise this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
