Inside Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads

Develop new and maintain a set of the customer accounts

Identify sales opportunities through cold calling

Upsell company IT products and services to customers
-
Work closely among the team to achieve sales objectives

Monitoring on payment aging and ensure customer payment on time

Perform order entry and related activities
-
Perform weekly forecasting on commit & judge, with pipe opportunity to support
Skill Requirements
-
Diploma/Degree in IT, Business IT, Sales, Marketing or related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed
-
At least 1 Year Experience in IT Sales Background is preferable
-
Language Required: English, Mandarin, & Bahasa Malaysia
-
Goal oriented, innovative and self-motivated
-
Good understanding of computer technology
-
Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
