Technical Lead
Job Responsibilities
-
Lead in technical discussion and propose technical on IT Network & Security solutions to customers' requirements

Expertise in explore, implement & maintain in network and security solutions and understanding of competitive landscape (Ruckus, Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Sophos, Peplink, Dell & etc)
-
Liaise with internal team or customers on implementation and technical issues
-
Lead the planning and implementation of project onsite, including installation, racking, cabling, configuration, commission etc.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers to ensure their professional growth and development
-
Maintain accurate documentation of network design, installation, and maintenance procedures
-
Ensure that the project technical deliverables are on time and meet quality demand
Requirements
-
Candidate must possess at least an Advance Diploma or Degree in IT related field
-
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay
-
Preferred skill(s): Implementation skill in Network and Security products such like Cisco, Peplink, Fortigate Firewall, Aurba WIFI AP, Ruckus WIFI AP and etc.

CCNA or CCNP certifications will be an added advantage
-
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

L2/L3 networking design, implementation and troubleshooting experience

Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns

Resourceful, with the ability to work independently

Strong analytical and proactive attitude
